Does anybody know of a company etc that can remove and cartway building materials from an apartment in central.

we contacted the Hong Kong Government Building Department for you and they suggested downloading a filed from the Envionmental Protection Dept. under the following link: www.epd.gov.hk/epd.eng/news_events/current_issue/current_issue.html. Hope this helps. The Community Advice Bureau CAB

Unfortunately, neither of them answer the original question, but nevertheless there's some useful information if Celberg fancies setting up his/her own company to do the work.
