Home Office & british nationality

My husband was rejected for the British Nationallity by the Home Office, just bcoz his BNO was not issued b4 4-Feb1997,

how will comment on this?

can he really do anything about it?

What was his case for British nationality? Just because he has held a BNO does not mean he can apply for citizenship.

Actally when my husband aplied for British Nationality he was below the age of 18 and his parents are Indian.

now my husband and my husband's sister both applied for British,

My husband Sis got the Brithish Nat. and passprt now in 2008 whereas my husband is rejected just becoz they said My husband's BNO was not issued b4 feb 1997
