A bit of feedback.....


The current HSBC ad is really, really annoying. It expands and gets in the way all the time. When you click the 'skip this advert' or 'close' box on it, half the time it opend a new window.


Everytime I log on to this site I get annoyed just by seeing the ad - probably not what they had in mind?

I agree, I'm a loyal HSBC customer for many many years now, but that ad is extremely annoying! Maybe it should only automatically open & close when the mouse is rolled over it and no need to have to close it manually. Just a suggestion . . .

It only opens if you mouse over it... and you can easily close it by clicking the little x on the right corner.

It seems super sensitive to the mouse - you go anywhere near it and it opens. Ads should only expand if you choose to click on them! Half the time when I click the X it opens the HSBC window instead.


Anyway, it's bloody annoying regardless.

I agree its really annoying plus you have to move the mouse over it to get to the scroll bar!!
