I have a rather worn out yet decent sized drying rack bought from IKEA years ago that I have been unable to find a replacement for - all that I have seen in IKEA and Pricerite and other places are much smaller with less hanging space. I would like to know if anyone knows of somewhere that could recoat the frame in plastic so that I can keep using it.

You might want to try the houseware department at Wing On in Sheung Wan or some of the Man Fung Houseware shops around town (there is one on the 12th fl. of the Coda Plaza Building). Hope this helps. The Community Advice Burea (CAB)
