Been training for mths but overall fitness levels not improved much. Haven't been in a gym for years previously so not sure if metabolism real low. Any tips on how to boost stamina levels so can comfortably eat 2,000+ cal without blowing up?

Tks Phobia. Interesting comment re weights before cardio. Not tried that. Am losing fat OK but need to build stamina so can raise calorie intake.

Seriously though, once you turn around the metabolism your body will burn calories a lot more easily. Falling into a sedentary life is killer. Gotta keep the wheels turning.
