My six-year-old said that the kids in his school say that "google number" is the ultimate number. What is google number?

Your six year old is close. The number is called "googol", not "google" .
The largest defined number is the "googolplex", which is a 1 followed by a googol zeros. A googol is 10 to the power of 100. Google (the company) based its name on the googol.
Mathematically of course, there is no ultimate number. The googolplex is a purely arbitrary definition. It is simply the largest defined and commonly accepted large number.
