I've heard you can buy chips for DS lite games that have the games arleady loaded on - some have 30 games and i hear some chips have 100 games stored.

does anyone know where i can buy the chips with the games already loaded in HK?

Try Golden Computer Centre in Sham Sui Po. Enter from the main entrance right across MTR exit, then go upstairs where all the games are. Should be plenty to choose from there.
