Anywhere to buy a Hair crimper?

my daughter loves to have her hair wavy.... but I don't want her to perm her hair. When I was a teenager I used Conair's hair crimpers... to make my hair wavy, and lots of plates to interchange.

I have been looking everywhere for such a thing in HK, none ! Only Hair straighteners, or curling iron.

I don't know if they have a crimper but Wing On Department Store in Sheung Wan has a good selection of this kind of thing. Ground Floor.
