Can anyone tell me if there are strollers available for use at HK airport?

Yes they are available. After some digging on the HKG website I found this:
"Baby Stroller Rental Service
The following services are provided by Worldwide Flight Services. Please contact WFS 24 hours hotline at
+852 2261 2727. For sales enquiry please call +852 2122 9813.
Baby stroller rental is available to both departing and arriving passengers. Requests of the service could be made via airlines, its handling agents, or directly to the operator Worldwide Flight Services."
