I have a pug[breed of dog] and I'm having a tough time doing his nails ie clipping them.Can anyone recommend a excellent dog groomer who can do the job without hurting my pug.Thanks.

you have to KEEP the nails trimmed for your pug otherwise the blood vessel will grow along with the nail and when do you eventually cut it, it will look like mass murder, blood everywhere all over the floor. You can check with a groomer as I'm sure they'll experience the same just that when you get your pug back, they'll have cleaned up the mess and stopped the bleeding. although they detest it, the motion is a very quick snip per nail while holding onto the dog.

Try Connie Chiu at 9726- 5483. She is professional and very loving with our dog. Connie comes to our home once a month to bathe our dog, check her skin, clean her ears and clip her nails. FYI, she doesn't speak much English but that has never been a problem.
