Does infidelity impact divorce in Hong Kong- or is it similar to the states where they tend to file as no-fault divorce to save the time and money as it has become so common place?

Its called a behaviour petition and yes it is route ground for you or your spouse finding it intolerable to live together. There are no time limites accept that you have to have been married for one yr.
