With the markets at all time lows I am keen to dabble in some small parcels of shares in HK and China. Can I buy online, like through comsec in Australia and are there and good websites that i can pick some tips up from?

HSBC, Hang Seng, BOC etc you can buy through their internet bankng page. Tips are everywhere, but dont know which one is good so better not to recommend. Good luck on your choice.
