My wife and I are considering a visit to Chimelong Water Park (Guangzhou) with our two children (8 and 6). I throughly enjoy water parks, slides etc but have heard that despite the park being great the crowds are horrendous and there are very long queues for the rides. This certainly would make the visit unpleasant (especially with two impatient kids).

Can anyone who has been to the water park in recent times share their experiences and recommendations?

Are you HK resident? If not, please check with the embassy and see if Visa is required. China is now tightening the rules on VISA for all foreigners.
