We are rewriting the code for all sections of the site and will add new search features to this section when we relaunch in Q4.

Not sure what you mean about added to the list - the offer would be made to a helper who took their employer in front of the labour board for underpayment on salary and subsequently lost their job because of this... in that instance we would give them sort of priority on the site to ensure best chance of finding a new employer.
