I need to buy some (basic) bookends? Can anyone tell me where to go? Office supply shops? IKEA? (Was there yesterday and didn't see any, but wonder if anyone else has seen them there?)

Thanks

I'm pretty sure I saw book ends in a couple of stores at Horizon Plaza. Indigo and Tequila Kola if nothing else.

Not so sure about how simple they are though. If you just need "metal angles" I don't know.

bookstores have them and so does jusco's 10 dollar shops.

or with a little imagination, you can use other materials such as heavy and/or ceramic figurines to use as bookends

Thanks expat guy and wiz bang - will try a bookshop for some simple metal angles. Went back to IKEA and found some plastic ones, but they don't seem to do the job very well.

Most stationers stock metal ones of various sizes, and I've also bought a metal pair in Park & Shop for just a few dollars.

Hi Mamadavid

I got mine from MUJI. They are cream in colour and come in 2 sizes and very sturdy. Highly recommended.
