i'm leaving HK but i want to hold onto to my HK phone. what are the lowest prices for HK mobile phone plans? please note -- i will ask my mobile phone company (hutchison) the same question but i want to get some user feedback first.
from reviewing my bill i see i will have to pay the MTR, Tunnel & License Fee for HK$ 12 / month and i will get my statements via email to avoid the HK$ 12 / month Paper Bill Charge. this would leave just the service plan -- i don't care about minutes as i would only be using the phone when i am back in HK (infrequently) for work and also for international roaming. what are the lowest cost service plans?

I got 2 months ago a contract with "3" and they waive the HK$12 MTR fee for 1 year, I think this promotion is still on. It's HK$35 for around 750 minutes. Thouh you have to pay attention to the free 1 month services they give like music insted of ringing tone that if you forget to ask them to cancel it, they charge you after the end of the month quite a bit.
