Ed - I note that you went to the JH factory/shop on Bali. Was this by special invitation or can anyone visit this? Also, would you say prices were lower than outside Bali? Cheapest I've seen has been Grand Cayman - quite a bit less than HK.

No idea on the price comparisons as I dont know jewelery at all and my other half is not around to ask but she seemed to think the pieces she got were well priced.
