I have looked for a previous thread on recommended curtain makers in HOng Kong (but it seems to have disappeared). Quite a few people recommended a guy called PHILLIP cHUNG (I think that is his name). Anyway I am looking for a decent quality, not over the top curtain maker. I have seen so many on Queens Rd EAst but not sure which ones are good. Any other recommendations would also be appreciated.
