I have made an offer on a motorcycvle and need the following:
3rd part property insurance, who should I get this through?
How to transfer a bike into my name?
The anual tax is due in early October how do I pay this what is the cost?

Go to any motorcycle trading shop the will get the 3rd party insurance for you. Once you got that take the policy/covernote, vehicle licence and transfer of ownership ( already signed by the vendor) to any transport dpartment with you HK I/D card. You can renew the licence at teh same time but that is a different form and different queue. Best get the form and renew by post very simple to do you can down load the forms from the Transport Department website.
