Looking for a diving holiday buddy & advice on dive sites in October

Hi,

I am looking for a buddy to go on a diving holiday this October (Chinese government has not confirmed exact dates yet but i think it will be for a week, starting from Oct 1).

I just want to get out of Beijing, chill out on a beach or an island and do a bit of diving (I am a beginner, love diving but not so hard-core that I have to do all 3 dives a day, every single day during the holiday).

Don't mind going back to Sipadan where I was last October and had a wonderful time; but would prefered checking out new sites (Bali, Philippines, Thaland?). Am open for suggestion.

Anybody out there wants to buddy up with me?


By the way, do you know where will be good dive sites during October?


And, another by the way, I thought you should know that I am female, only a beginner and haven't dived since last October.

Pro-Dive does organized tours out of Hong Kong (www.prodive.com.hk). Check their website for details.

I suggest that you go to Bali. The Mola Mola season starts from September and this is the peak season for divers around the world to go Bali - this is what my dive master told me when I was in Bali last April.


You can try Philippines also - in Cebu/Bohol or Dumaguete (Apo Island).
