New to HK and trying for find a place to get a decent haircut. Would like to pay $120 or less and hopefully the barber can speak basic English. Any suggestions?
I am on the HK side, but travel to Kowloon frequently, so that isn't a problem.

Try Tommy's Hair Design on Lyndhurst Terrace, 2543 6985. They're local hairdressers, but they have a lot of western clients, so I assume they can good English.
