Mac users can't reply

I know this was an earlier thread but I can't reply to it! From what I've read on other threads I can't reply to threads as I'm a mac user. Is this problem being looked at? It's really frustrating :-(

I have read that I can use Firefox - can anyone explain what it is and what I need to do (I'm technologically challenged!)

Firefox is simply a browser that you can use, just like safari which is what you are probably using now. If you click on the link I have provided and then choose the language you prefer, and then click on the Mac OSX version link (for each language you have a choice of windows, Mac OSX or Linux) click on the Mac OSX link and that will start the download (it will probably ask you if that is what you want to do) once you have downloaded the file, open the file and then follow instructions for installation.

We have sent this problem to our SI company for their investigation into the problem. In the meantime we do know that for Mac users they can download and install the FireFox browser for Mac and it works for replying to threads on the site.
