Thanks - I have passed on to my solicitor the information about researching how these conventions may help with my complaint and I am going to push ahead. I really don't want the airline to get off with no liability about the injury in which both my right ankle bones were broken during the flight. Their version of events is false and I know precisely when the injury occurred because of the pain. I would also request that whoever wrote nasty messages not to do so as I am not seeking opinions, I am only seeking advice.
