I can think of three methods off hand. You'd have to compare:

- Go to the bank and have them do an international transfer. Fee tends to be fixed per transfer.

- Paypal.com.

- Western Union.

check out www.ozforex.com.au they give a pretty good exchange rate (would be interested to know if others agree). And the fees for each transaction are low compared to a TT fee.
