I think it could be a great Idea, and why could it not be just a general MUSIC cultural event, so even bring in ideas of say aboriginal music, or latin not just western and Chinese.. thats a bit to black and white..
I would be more than willing to lend some time and adobe flash and photoshop expertise to help
