i got a baby boy.he was 6 months then and now hes a year and four months.


i want to brig him to philippines but i wasnt able to get his birth certficate coz he was just left by his mom and now i couldnt find her.


what should i do?

As the father of the child, you may apply to the Immigration Deprtment for a certified copy of birth certificate of your child. Further, pursuant to section 10 of the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance, the Court, may on the application of either of the parents of a minor, make such order regarding the custody and right of access to the minor as the Court thinks fit.

i really appreciate it.


btw,the childs mother is just my friend and i am still single. she just left the baby to me and signed the papers i had made that she voluntarily gave the baby and shes not capable of supporting his needs, which in fact is true coz she has no stable job.


right now we have no communication and i cant find her anymore. the only paper i have is her waiver and our contract but it was not notarized by the lawyer her in guangzhou.


i have no birth certificate of the child,i dont know either where were he born.


right now, i want to bring him to philippines but what should i do.


i have resident visa and working permit as a teacher. is there a possibilty of attachment?


pls give me more info about this matter.
