Does anyone know of good car insurance companies in Hong Kong. Also can anyone give any advice on buying a 2nd hand car in hong kong and the forms and things one has to do. Any advice would be welcome. What forms does one have to fill in when transferring of ownership.

The best idea would be to speak to an insurance broker who will get a range of quotes for you from the insurance companies.
