Hi , we just moved in. Bought a car and need to know if GPS works in HKG? need to buy a in-car GPS . can any one give a good advise ? thanks

As for GPS, I have always liked Garmin. The Nuvi series is nice and small, and thus easy to take with you when you leave the car. You might have some reception difficulties given the terrain and tall buildings, but it should work.

Actually I got it in the US, where I used it the whole time. Very useful when you go to see new customers every day or two. Also it had bluetooth so I paired it with my phone and used it as a speakerphone.
No idea where you could get one in HK.
As for buy back, I don't know. HK is rather weak on that sort of thing.

If you buy it online anywhere within EU territory, the seller must take it back if you don't like the product and send it back within two weeks. However, keep in mind that becuase the seller will have to send it outside of EU, therefore you will have to pay for shipping costs. Could be worthwhile.
Insist that you do not have to pay for VAT. Amazon does it automatically.
