Can you recommend a jeweller's shop in Hong Kong

Hi - I want to buy a wedding ring and would appreciate if you could recommend a good jeweller's shop with a good range (gold and platinum) and reasonable prices. There are so many in Hong Kong, such as in Central, many catering to visitors or wealthy locals, that I am finding it difficult to know where to start.

If you have time check out the jew exhibition . and they have a lot of dealers there. and u might able to find one there . ( I went there to check out the prices )


otherwise I would highly recommend " GALLY jewellery " I thing they own the shop that's why the price is very reasonable . and I think they ve been there over 30 years , look for " billy poon" at ground floor . 54A queen's road central . hong kong . 25260202 .


I brought a 3 ct diamond and a 0.75 ct form him almost 2 years ago . and I recently add 2 diamonds on the sides .

And I m very very happy with the price


he is a bit old and he is very friendly.

I like Wah Hing Jewellers (1/F Miramar Hotel, nathan Road, TST Tel. 2366 8603). Friends and I have been going there for years. They have lots of different pieces on display and not just the usual styles you see in every HK jewellery store. They made my wedding ring and have made various others for me, including a skull ring which they're working on now. They work in 14k as well as 18k etc. and don't turn their noses up at repairing 9k chains etc. I liked the fact they knocked off a few hundred dollars when we went to collect my wedding ring because gold had gone down a little in price since I'd ordered and paid for it. That was something they didn't have to do.
