Legal advise to collect back personal loan payment

Can anyone advise me what legal actions can I take to enforce the payment of my personal loan to another individual?


There's a signed document on the outstandig loan and payment method.

oh sorry, perhaps it was not clear above. What I meant is that I've personally lend another individual a sum of money, and a written agreement has been made for payment.


However I was not able to recover my money and will like to seek advise if I can enforce this legally.
