Does anyone know which broadcaster has the rights and if there is a program available anywhere.

Live coverage every afternoon and from 8-10 in the evenings.


Opening Ceremony is 7:50 pm Friday.

we dont have terrestrial chanels only cable (NOW) - is pearl on it - anyone knows?

We don't get the local channels either, never had a watchable reception, but have just dicovered we have them on Broadband, channel 016 and 081 I think.

Looking at the TVB schedule (thanks, Bob), it is not clear whether it is for Pearl or Home. Do you know?


I know that TVB is sending a large Cantonese contingent to report on the Games. Do you know whether there will be much (any) English commentary provided? I guess if NBC has the b'cast rights and TVB provides coverage on both Home and Pearl we could get the original language broadcast on Pearl?


Also, will there be a daily program, showing which sports are being shown that day?
