There are many shops in Tung Choi st, Mong Kok that sell the dwarf hamsters, as does a couple of pet stores in Sai Kung.

There is a pet store on Spring Garden Lane in Wan Chai as well if you are on the island

The SPCA in Wan Chai has a small pets section. They often have alot of hamsters.
