HSBC and overseas - I want to speak to a person

I have a question about my Powervantage account and am overseas. I called the customer service line and can't find the "speak to a person" option. What can I do? I am a little desperate

I am not sure this will work with power vantage phone banking, but it does the trick when I call the credit card hotline and I want to speak to someone immediately, I hit the report lost card option and am immediately transferred to an operator, I don't know if they have the same option if you are using phone banking for powervantage
