gym and eating

I feel very hungry after I go to the gym. If it's at lunch time, then I am hungry the whole afternoon and evening.... keep eating and even have a full dinner!


I do not over-gym! Just like 30 minutes on the cross trainer... that's it! But I think if I burn 300 calories, I take in 1000!


Does anyone else experience this? And what do you do to avoid post gym binging?

I usually grab a banana and have started having fresh pineapple,I've started weight resistance and dont feel has hungry.Feta cheese is quite filling ,I toast my "crutons" and go easy on the dressings

The protein way definitely works! Thanks Begona. Though I have known it but sometimes I just don't stick to it and have more carbs to fill myself up, esp., 45 minutes after gym am so damn hungry.


My other problem why I don't lose weight (not that I really need to, but a couple of kilos less won't harm!) is the addiction to chocolates and ice creams! I wish I could give up on the sweets. Love even the gummy candies! Luckily do not have much bakery items or fried food.

Girls, you need to eat something immediately after exercise to keep your metabolism running. The body will start to conserve energy if it doesn't get new supply. Hence, the trick is to eat more often but smaller portions. And of course eat what is healthy. Swap the sweets for fruits and go easy on all alcohols and it'll do wonders.

I lost 10KG! A few Tips.!Go for more Liquids! Substitute ur daily diet with at least 3-4 fruits with at least one banana, recommended in the mornings!

Everythings's fine! king Bfast, Queen Lunch and begger dinner! Inbetweens only fruits and liquid.Daily diet at least one meal accomodated with sprouts/beans.

Refill urself with natural juice/energy drink after exercise.
