Can anyone recommend a good store for picking up ready-made appetizers, like mini-quiches, etc. We always try to save time with buying certain portions of the menu, appetizers, dessert, etc. but have not had much luck finding gourmet, affordable dishes...Olivers maybe? Tend to end up cooking all dishes at home - not a huge deal, but time consuming and a pain having to go to 3-5 different stores in HK to obtain ingredients, etc. Thanks.

why dont you have caterers - someone like Magnolia will do just dinner rather than big parties. There are some frozen appetizers and some ready made meals (which all all good) in food section of Marks and Spencer's as welll - check it out - certainly quiches etc - not sure if you from UK (prob not - brits dont say "appetizers" - but M&S food is of very high quality (in case you dont know) - so should be fine for dinner party!

Oliver's in Prince's building. They can also make to order. Ask for the personal shopper. I heard they are very good at this stuff.
Another option if practical is to get a helper that is a good cook. Ours will make big batches of food for the kids and put in the freezer. Then she just has to add rice or something.
