Even typing in the address is not completely safe at the moment. there is a flaw with the internet and you could be redirected to a fraudlent page which looks exactly the same as the original. Most big ecommerce cites have patched it already. but do be careful.

Sounds like a fraud message. I get several of these a week. They go directly into spam however. Make sure you NEVER open a link in one of these messages.

You can forward them to spoof@paypal.com btw so that PayPal is aware.
