Where can we buy stair gates so our kids don't take a tumble?

We also have a good outdoor umbrella shade frame but the actual umbrella fabric ripped in the move. Any idea where we can buy just the umbrella fabric part, not the frame?

For umbrella fabric, I'd try Horizon Plaza. Conveniently, Bumps to Babes is also there.
