Does anyone know any decent professional development course providers in HK. Would like to study a management course through distance learning, online learning or part-time study in Hong Kong.

Have tried contacting several profesional bodies in Hong Kong from Google search but they do not follow up or answer queries posted to them on their websites.

Bit difficult to hep when you don't specify what types of course, management is a bit to generic. Have you tried looking at what is on offer at the teritiary institutes in Hong Kong offer, I think they all have programs designed for people who are working. you could try SPACE offered by the HK polytechnic, they have a lot of different courses.
