Lowest price guarantee exist in HK?

Do any of the electronics shops offer a lowest price guarantee in HK? I believe some of the supermarkets do.


I bought a big fridge from Fortress only to find that every other store in the mall had it for 5% less.


Tried to find my salesperson on the phone today but he's been unreachable.

Why shop around after the fact, wouldn't it have been prudent to have done that before making the purchase.

Agreed. Probably not. As a whole consumer after sales "protection" is very weak in HK. For example returns tend to be a impossible unless something actually breaks or you agreed to it beforehand.
