recently have had a bad experience with online shopping so I am actually looking for a shop where I can go physically and try the machine before buying.

any body know what kind of shops might stock professional balloon inflators?

Leisure Balloon Deco & Production Co. on the 4th Fl. at 32 Sands St. Kennedy Town tel. 2854-2577 sells what they call call the Air Force Four balloon inflator for HK$3,500. You can go to their location to purchase. Hope this helps. The Community Advice Bureau (CAB)
