Any advice or referrals on how to find a reliable, honest Mandarin Speaking nanny/helper for new born baby / housekeeping? Many Thanks !

Some Indonesian and Filipina helpers have worked in Taiwan and are Mandarin speakers. Louis Lam has an agency that might be able to help at tel. 6010-7788, email hklamaid@yahoo.com.hk.
