As far as I know because Hong Kong expat population is relatively small, people tend to watch the football together, if you started segmenting based on which team you support you would get very small crowds in each bar. Amongst the locals I am sure there are dedicated bars for the big four teams, but I really could not tell you where they are, and commentary would be in Cantonese. Personally If I want to go out to watch the football I go down the Dickens in The Excelsior always a great atmosphere. There were dedicated bars for the Champions League final, but that was a one off between two English Clubs.
