soft water problem

after washing my hair, it still feel and look oily and dirty. I think it's due to the soft water in HK and humidity. I've moved here from canada, and the water is harder so I didn't have a problem with it.

any solutions? thanks for your help!

Use (much) less shampoo. The softer the water, the more suds you get from the same amount of detergent/shampoo etc. You may also have noticed that you can use minimal amounts of detergent when washing clothes.
