We've bought a handmade machnical german cuckoo clock from the Black Forest last summer as my daughter's Christening gift.
Now she pulled the chain of the clockwork at the wrong side. It is no more working now. We are all very sad. Does anyone know any clockmaker here in Hong Kong, who could be able to repair it? Thanks for any information.

Thanks, CAB. Very helpful. Mr. Chan is even willing to come to check it up. But the number 25791133 is wrong, it goes to a lady.

Dear Sonja,
Thanks for your prompt reply. May I know if you end up let him fix the clock? He fix immediately for you or need to leave the clock for him?
If final I decide not to repair the clock, will he charge for inspection?
Sorry that to have so many question and thanks again for your help.

Mr. Chan came for a visit and said it was only a minor problem, but he needs to take the clock with him for two weeks, because it takes time to dismantle the tiny parts and he have to keep it for a week to check wheather is puncutal after the repair.
But we ended up sending the clock back to the manufacture, because hubby found the clock has two years warrenty. It was damaged shortly after one year, and I thought it already past the warrenty. So we only paid the DHL to Germany and get it fixed free. It tooks also two weeks for the factory.
Mr. Chan will not inspect the clock at your place. He only asked how it got damaged and told me that he will be able to fixed. He acctually made a good impression and I believed he know how it works.
It is up to you wheather the clock is worth for the repair cost. Or you would rather go for a new one.
