Bust firming

other than stick some plastic inside your body . I heard the there are a lot of bust firming company in HK .


ppl often said they charge you a lot for nothing .

I personally Won't the pills . other than " birth control " pills .


Any one / or friends of yours has been to these firming company ?


there s a model everyone said that her breast are much much firmer that before. which No one bother to ask her how she did it since she is a lingerie fit model.

so there are no way she did a plastic surrey .


or what do u guys think about firming cream . ( I don't really believe in the cream since I don't know how it works . and I just think is just firming the skin . how can it firm the the " fat "




I don't need to get bigger . I would like know anyone experience about bust firming which is work other than push up .

I can think of two methods:

- Lose weight. This will make them smaller.

- Exercises that strengthen the pectoral muscles. Not sure how much this will help.
