Is there anyway to drive to DB, and can you park?

As I understand it, you can drive TO Disco Bay. You just can't drive IN Disco Bay. Don't know about parking facilities.

no. you cannot enter the tunnel from the north side of the island...you can drive to Tung Chung, park at Citygate and take a bus to DB, or I believe, park at Sunny Bay MTR and take a bus as well...ONLY commercial vehicles are allowed through the tunnel
