Hi there,
I just got my hair permed today and was hoping to come out with nice soft voluminous curls. I actually only wanted about 1/2 -3/4 of my hair permed, but ended up with a full head of small tight curls, even my bangs! I am Chinese, with fine hair. I'm unsure whether I should do something about my hair without it getting over processed, dry and damaged. Could I get it relaxed then permed again? or just have it permed?
Please help! I can't pull off the frizzy big haired look!

As the perm is fresh today there are things you can do to help relax it. You can have a deep moisture treatment which will not only help the condition of you hair but will relax some of the perm, this will only be effective within the first week after the perm. The other option is also to add some perm lotion to a moisture treatment base which would relax the curls even more, this done in the correct method would be the most effective and will not cause more damage to your hair but again should be done quite soon.
