When we fisrt got to HK I was referred to a great, very reasonably priced curtain man who even spoke english! Moving again but can't find his card. His name was something like Tsang (pronounced Jang from memory) and his shop was somewhere in the Western Market area (possibly 3rd St).
If anyone has an idea who i might be talking about and has a number for him would really appreciate it.
Thanks

The cheapest place to get curtains made is Shenzhen - I got curtains made there several times and the quality was real good - at a fraction of what you pay in HK.

Thanks Geraldo! That's it! Thanks so much.
Hoa, can I ask. When you get curtains made in Shenzhen do you need to hang them yourself? How does it usually work?

Does Arts Curtain Co. provide just curtain installation service? I have curtains, but I need a handy man to hang them up for me as well.

Yes, you get the curtains delivered from Shenzhen and then need to hang them yourself. They have hooks - it is super easy to hang them if you have curtain rails, it only took me a few minutes. If you don't have curtain rails (we didn't in our place) you will need a HK company to do that for you.
