my watch is not working. Does anyone know where I can bring it to be repaired?

If it is a brand model like a Rolex or such, I would take it to an authorized reseller.
Otherwise you should try some of the alleys. There might be a booth in Pedder Street or some other place. I have never gotten a watch repaired but for other things (umbrellas, shoes, etc...) I have always found the service good, the people reliable and the prices low.
