I am a stay at home mum but I have a newborn and 18month old so my helper has to get more involved with childcare. I would like her to do a course to teach the basics of childcare for her own benefit (we often have communication problems) and to reinforce what I teach her.

I have found one at YWCA, one at Annerley midwives and the matilda hospital. Any feedback would be great

Two Saturday afternoons. The first is child care. The second is first aid. Our helper mostly went for the first aid part. The course notes are very clear and nicely laid out. There's a test at the end.
